Propositions S & N is providing for approximately 80 projects throughout the District. These include:

• Facility Master Plans developed at the outset of the program to guide the orderly development of the campus expansions
• Infrastructure projects to support the future build-outs at each campus
• State-of-the-art instructional and career training facilities which support hundreds of degree programs and in-demand certificate programs
• Renovations of a number existing buildings; some so dramatic that only the original building shell remains
• Enhanced accessibility for students, faculty, staff and visitors with mobility issues and other needs outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Districtwide technology upgrades
• Public safety enhancements and police facilities
• Property acquisition as relevant to campus build-outs
• Support and enhance the District's Solar Initiative and renewable energy programs
