The Classrooms/Lab for Child Development Center (CDC) will comprise of 16,000 square feet of interior space for the college’s Child Development program, including new space for classrooms, child development labs for infant, toddler and preschool children, support spaces such as faculty offices, a kitchen, lobby/reception area and a faculty conference room. The project will also include 14,000 square feet of age appropriate playground space, equipment storage and a parking/drop off area.
