The project consists of land acquisition and building a new two story building and construction of a two story parking structure. The North City facility will house dual Campus of Excellence programs: 1) Multimedia and Innovation and 2) Parenting and Emeriti. The new building will house classrooms and other space for Emeriti Program Collaborations, Parenting Education, English as a Second Language, Mesa College credit outreach, Disable Students Programs and Services (DSPS). In addition there will be a Nutritional Demonstration Kitchenette, a Multi-Purpose room, a Technology Center, a Library, as well as Administrative Offices.
