In addition, plans and specs for projects estimated at $200,000 and less are available on CDs prepared by the District’s Facilities Management staff. These can be requested by phone and picked up during regular business hours. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Propositions S and N projects may are also be available on CDs. Interested consultants are encouraged to contact to District to confirm their availability for pick up.

Electronic Access to District Plans and Specifications
District project plans and specifications may be accessed from the District’s Bid and Plan Room or from the websites of the reprographic firms selected to provide electronic access to plans and specifications for Propositions S and N projects.
The formal Notice to Contractors Calling for Bids will identify the reprographic firm selected for each project. These notices will identify one of the following four firms:
